I visited the market a month ago and ordered a crabcake. The young man who waited on me had to ask which display in the case was a crabcake. (his first day). On May 5th I placed an order by phone, and when I went to pick it up the young lady could not understand me. Meanwhile a young man behind the counter asks another employee ""what's back fin crab?"" (his first day.) There were at least six people behind the counter, and two in the store, and yet it took me twenty minutes to get out. Why doesn't Gibby's train their employees (at least get them familiar with the merchandise?} The young woman at the register was rude when I voiced my opinion . Everyone has to have his or her first day, but give both the employee and customer a break and train them. Faye Miden
