I had a bad experience with the owner of the company, Tammy Gibbs. She sent my first bill, which I paid. She had my name and mailing address on the bill misspelled. I called her and asked her to correct it.
About two months later, she sent me a bill for over $200 and said my account was pasr due. This bill still had my name misspelled and the wrong mailing address. I called and asked her again to correct the spelling of my last name and address.
I checked my bank account, and I found a check that had been cashed by the owner for the exact same amount that she clained my account was past due.. Apparently, when I sent that check months earlier, she never credited my account. This was because my name and address was still misspelled on her account records.
I called her to complain and said that I had asked her twice to get the spelling of my last name right and told her that I had paid the bill and had a copy of the cancelled check. She became very defensive that I had the audacity to criticize her. Then she said she was dropping me as a customer.
I later found out that other people in town had experienced similar problems. Some people had been double-billed while others hadn't received a bill in over a year.
This woman, Tammy Gibbs, is very careless. I suggest you use another trash pickup company, unless you want to get ""taken"".
