The Giant grocery by the mall is awfully convenient, too bad it's not very nice. The layout of this relatively small grocery store is not the best. It's also slightly dark and dingy-- it looks yellow in the whole store. This isn't good for the produce's appeal. In fact, I don't believe this store gets produce that is as fresh as the Abingdon location. Everything seems a little sallow.
The employees are nice, but can't make up for the inconvenience of the store not having self-check out. In general, this location is okay if you need a couple items, but for your main shopping needs, you would probalby want to go somewhere more bright and pleasant. It needs to be updated.
