Friendly 7/1/2013

Very friendly and took me in quickly. The doctor was very thorough with checking all possible reason for eye problem. I felt like I was well taken care of at this location. more

Wonderful staff 3/13/2013

I came into your clinic with food poisoning while in Newbury Park after the death of a close family member. Needless to say, I was having a very, very rotten day. The staff there that morning was so wonderful to me. Going beyond the normal level of care with their kindness. I just want ou all to know how much it touched my heart. I didn't catch anyone's name, but I will always remember your care. more

a little late but better late than never! 7/16/2012

A little bit belated but I was going to get around to it eventually, I wanted to express my sincerest thanks to the staff here for taking such great care of me when I came in back in March. I had already missed a week of work and it seemed to be getting worse. I came to the urgent care and was given an exam, diagnosed, and was given great instructions on my medication and at home care. Great people here. Thank you all so much! more

Awesome! 6/19/2012

Saw Dr. Steffy 2 nights in a row. I feel like he saved my life. Had seen a regular MD who basically patted me on the head, gave me 2 inhalers, and said he'd see me in 2 weeks. I made sure he know how sick I was and asked him about lab work, X-Rays, antibiotics, or anything else because he knew my lungs were a big issue. It was No-No-No. I left feeling helpless and hopeless . I went over here at 6:30 pm and Dr. Steffy was thorough to the point where he thought a CT of chest would be good, even after X-rays here. It revealed Pneumonia in the bottom of my lungs not detected on other X-ray. Blood work revealed more so after 5 months of searching for why my health and energy were going downhill faster and faster, I finally had answers, hope, and most of all peace of mind. Instead of letting it go, I wanted to tell someone here how incredible Dr. Steffy is. He is an asset to your Urgent Care and I am looking forward to him having his own practice so he can be my Dr.! more

My chest pain was severe coming here this morning but after all the tests done to eliminate heart problems, I'm grateful the the medication given for anxiety. This alone has relieved my stress that I was having a heart attack. All the staff were efficient and kind. more
