We contacted them with a problem we were having and were told someone would show up on a Monday around 1 p.m. We called them at 4 p.m. on Monday and were told he would be there in an hour. They showed up, took apart our unit, told us to fill it and that they'd come by to start fixing it the next day. The next day came and went and then the day after that. I have called multiple times and they do not return my call. I ended up calling another company and got it fixed right away. I did not have a good experience and would definitely not count on them to help or be resonsive. Very unprofessional.
