I have been working out at GetReformed for a few months now taking a variety of classes (mat, reformer and core strong). Atlhough I have worked out regularly, I had never done pilates but it was recommended to me by a physical therapist.. I don't believe I fit the typical pilates profile (I am a 54 year old male!) and have traditionally done weight training cardio type workouts. Although that type of workout is great, pilates has added another dimension to my fitness level. Prior to pilates, I had very little flexibility and a posture that has been distorted by years spent hunched over a comkputer. Since starting at Get Reformed, I have seen real changes in my posture a flexibiltiy. The instructors are great, always explaining why we are doing what we are doing and the information behind it. I would recommend GetReformed and its very professional and knowledgable staff to anyone ready to take it to the next level.
