I joined Get In Shape for Women about two months ago, and I could not be happier. I have always struggled with my weight, and have tried almost ever diet out there. Losing weight not only was something I needed to do to build up my confidence, but for my own personal health. Get In Shape for Women has taught me everything I need to know to lose weight, and keep the weight off after. Before I joined I was lost when I went to the gym, now I know exactly what I need to do and I am losing the weight and becoming more healthy each day! Anyone can do this program and succeed, there are all ages of women from 18-65+, and the support is awesome!
