This location of Gertrude Hawk Chocolate Shops is one of my favorite. It is a small store, but they are surely not lacking in selection! They offer delicious varieties of candy and treats, and resaonable prices. The staff is always helpful and polite, willing to help you select the items that you are looking for. They have great after holiday sales as well. more

Gertrude Hawk Chocolates offers a wide assortment of fine chocolates and candies. They have different types of chocolates in milk, dark, or white with a variety of centers including caramel, nuts, strawberry filling, peanut butter, butter cream and many, many more. They specialize in different holiday assortments as well. They also have fundraising available which is perfect for schools or orginizations. more

Best Chocolate in the World 8/7/2005

Gertrude Hawk Chocolates, in my opinion, makes the best chocolate in the world. It's rich and creamy and sinfully delicious. They have several stores and outlets in the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton area, and they have a variety of chocolates and candies, including sugar-free chocolates. Though they are a bit pricey, their candy is worth every penny. They also have a great fundraising program for schools and organizations. more

Great Candy 7/15/2005

Gertrude Hawk Chocolates has been a staple candy store in the area for many decades. Offering a wide variety of chocolates (milk, dark, white,and sugar free) there is something here for every chocolate lover. My favorite are the milk chocolates filled with caramel. They also do fundraising for different groups and schools. more
