My husband and I visited German Haus on a Thursday at 4:00 pm. We found out that their hours are 11 - 4 daily for lunch and 5 to 8 for dinner on Friday and Saturday. The owner, Mrs. Hansen, graciously served us even though we arrived after hours. The restaurant was clean, decorated with plates and figurines from Germany, as well as posters of castles. The food was great.\r

I had the Bratwurst plate, which included a great sauerkraut and german mustard. The side was a choice of warm german potato salad or spaetzle. I chose the potato salad. It was full of scallions and sweet pickles with no heavy dressing. The Bratwurst was crispy on the outside and very moist on the inside. \r

My husband had the Schnitzel Cordon Bleu. The pork was very tender, crispy on the outside with a generous slice of ham and swiss cheese in the middle. He had the spaetzle. \r

The food was very good and Mrs. Hansen was extremely hospitable. \r

Their dinner menu is an expanded version of the lunch menu, with a few additional menu choices. You have a choice of soup or salad along with the potato salad or schnitzel. The prices are very reasonable.\r

Hope this helps you.
