German Hi-Tech has been handling all routine and non-routine maintenance on my 2000 Mercedes for the past six years and have done an outstanding job. It's great to be able to speak directly with Eddie, the owner, and to his technicians if desired. I'm certain that German Hi-Tech will be able to keep my Mercedes running in tip-top condition for many years to come. I stumbled upon this shop some years back just before I got my 580. It was then that I realized the IMPORTANCE of bringing your car to the SAME DR. everytime you have it looked at. In previous years, with different cars, I was always going to a different shop for different services. Tires here, battery problems there, a/c not cooling etc. When I found Ed's shop ""German Hi Tech"" Those typs of problems and frustrations stopped, because I settled down and took my car to the same DR. for regular visits, oil changes, air filters, tune-ups, etc. As per Ed's advice, I tried to be regular with maintenance. It's paid off! no more Breakdowns, and the frustrations that come with it. I only wished that I had learned this earlier in my years of driving. German Hi Tech has taught my that my cars CAN be trouble free and fun to drive. You can TRUST them. Pros: trustworthy Cons: no tv in the waiting area more

I don't know what the other reviewers were talking about. The owner, Eddie, has been looking over my cars for the past 10 years and I have never had any problems with service times, quality of work or price. If you are looking for a honest small shop were you can trust that your Mercedes, or BMW will be well taken care of, this is the place to go. I had a '93 190E that last for 16year and 225,000 miles with Eddie's help. Pros: honest, fair, close by Cons: not open weekends more

Have taken my bmw there several times. Owner seems very genuine but it came definitely at an expensive price. Took my car there several times now and everytime it seems that when one thing is wrong it ends up being two or more by the end of the day. It wasn't first like this but maybe cuz of the recession he's hard up for money. Don't take your vehicle there, they'll take you for all you got!!!! Horibble time management and prices through the roof! more

I had brought my VW Jetta over to German Hi tech for a problem that the dealer could not even fix and Garnet was great. I got my car back the same day. The VW dealer had it for 3 days. I took my Jetta back for an oil change to find Garnet was no longer there... I don't want anyone eles working on it he was awesome. I will hold off one the oil change until I can locate him. The guy that is there now was not very nice. more

Completely disrespectful owner, The first time I was there service was ok, not too slow and kind of expensive however I took my bmw there a 2nd time and was met with a bad attitude from the Owner. I expected to be treated like a loyal customer, but I was treated far from that. Find a different place, there are more bmw/audi service places elsewhere Pros: a little cheaper than valencia bmw Cons: customer servie, timeliness, did not fix all the problems more

Friendly, efficient, timely service. This Shop is honest, cares for its customer's needs and the price is fair. I took my Audi A4 to this shop after a year of mess- ups with a bad mechanic. They quickly found the problem, quoted a similar price and fixed it in a day. Garnet and Jason, the mechanics, are friendly, personal and take time to explain the problem in detail. I highly recomend their services! more
