This is the letter I have already sent: To whom it may concern, I am writing this to express my sincere appreciation for the customer service I received. The entire staff at the Washington Office was wonderful. I had called on Wednesday the 10th to schedule a appointment for a estimate for damage from hitting a deer and was told we could bring it in within the hour. When my husband took the van in they looked it over and told him that we could bring it back that evening to start the work on it. We took the van in that evening and filled out all the paperwork and received our number to check the status of the work on-line with an estimated date of the 17th. I went on-line to check the status Thursday evening and it said the same thing that was told to us, which was fine I was not expecting a lot of progress. When I went to check the status Friday morning I was amazed to find the comment stating that my vehicle was in the paint department an that the estimated date was the 13th. I called down to the office and talked to Andy and he confirmed what it was stating on-line. He informed me that he was planning on calling me that afternoon to let me know that there was a good chance I would have my van first thing in the morning. We did indeed receive a call from Andy that evening letting us know that the van was done and wanted to know what time we would like to pick it up in the morning. When we got there on Saturday morning I saw what looked like a brand new van inside and out!! Everything on the outside was of course clean and shinny but the inside was too! When I had called originally I had stated in conversation that when I hit the deer, that my coffee had spilled. They took the liberty to shampoo the inside carpet as well as vacuumed everything. I would like to mention that I have what I like to call kid car, that means fries, chips, fruit snacks etc. all over and it was all clean! I would also like to mention that I have told everyone and will continue to tell everyone about my experience and let them know It was a good one. If I had to rate it on a scale from 1-10 it would be a SOLID 10. I can not say thank you enough both for my van as well as great customer service from the entire staff ! more

I read about Collex Collision on the Internet and decided to use them because they are well-known in my area, Clinton Township. They have worked on multiple vehicles for me, and I know that if I take my car there, it will be in good hands. They are fast and the car is always done on time, when they tell you it will be done. Their technology is more advanced than other shops because you can view the repair work and progress online as your car is being worked on. They also work well with insurance companies. I wish all collision companies would be more like Collex. They are ahead of everyone in terms of technology. Michael Gottschling more

I decided to use Collex Collision on a recommendation from my insurance agent. It was my first experience with them and they were awesome. They took care of everything and even arranged for the rental car. They replaced my bumper, which turned out perfectly. Their workmanship was wonderful. My car was actually at Collex in Novi, MI. Right away I noticed that they are a very well run company. They did an excellent job keeping me informed about the status of my repair. I loved being able to watch my vehicle online with the AutoWatch system. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends, family, and co-workers. more
