Good experience 5/5/2012

Like many of you, my husband and I have felt duped by car salesmen in the past, and this time, we were NOT going to take any crap. Armed with this zero tolerance attitude, we headed into Gerald Kia to check out their hot new Optima. As we pulled in, we commented to ourselves about expecting the ""vultures"" just waiting to grab at our carcasses. Instead, we were greeted by the nicest, most entertaining consultant we have had the pleasure of working with, Mike T. He was non-obtrusive, yet genuinely wanted to help us out...his first words were, ""Which car? I'll go grab the keys!"" Great place! more

I have been dealing with Gerald Nissan of Naperville for 3 or more years and the Customer Service is outstanding. Anthony Triner has treated me like his own mother. I just worked with Ferris Spikener and he is also outstanding. I would not go to any other dealership. more

Needed to buy a car due to a car accident. My 2005 Nissan Altima was totaled. Gerald Nissan was recommended by a friend. Ferris Spikener was EXTREMELY thorough in explaining every detail, accessory, and option on the car. Not only would I recommend Gerald Nissan, but I would also recommend Ferris Spikener as a Sales Rep. more

During our search for a pre-owned minivan for our growing family, I went to several dealerships before going a friend recommended Georgian to us. All other dealers had an inventory of a few cars that would work for us while Georgian had well over 10 cars that we liked. They were also much cleaner vehicles and the prices are more than competitive so I had a great selection to choose from. I highly recommend Georgian if you are in the market for a great vehicle. more

Nice job 3/30/2012

I randomly stopped in one night and ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Ed Bemires was very helpful and informative about the truck I saw in the lot. Despite a few negotiations, we came to an agreement and the paperwork was started right away. He took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the truck. Great experience! !!!! more
