Geppetto's Pizza & Pasta

Located in the heart of the Historic Oak Park area, this restaurant offers delicious Italian cuisine that is sure to fill your stomach and not empty out your wallet. They offer many unique Pasta dishes made from the freshest ingredients. One dish to note is their trademark Spaghetti Pie. It was originally only offered on Mondays, but due to high demand, was placed permanently on the daily menu. Another highlight of this restaurant is their wonderful Soup, Salad and Bread Bar. It features one homemade soup (daily selections include: Broccoli & Cheddar, Cream of Red Pepper, Corn Chowder and Clam Chowder), a salad bar with all different types of toppings and homemade salads, fresh desserts and their freshly made vegetarian pizza bread. This great option comes with your dinner. The restaurant also offers a variety of sandwiches, appetizers, steaks, fish and their own special pizza recipe! Geppetto's is a nice little Italian restaurant. They have excellent pizza and awesome sandwiches. The seating area in the restaurant is very limited, so I wouldn't count on getting a table without a reservation during peak evening and weekend hours. That being said, they do offer carry-out and a delivery service, so even if you can't get a table you can still enjoy their great food. more
