Being short on time, I called the store 30 minutes before close to say I was going to drop in before closing. I arrived 15 minutes before close and just wanted to quickly look at what they had. I was ignored by both a woman talking loudly and irritably on her cell phone and a man standing around listening. After 2 minutes of standing around (the only person in the store) I finally made obvious eye contact with a quizzical look to the man who decided to approach me. His demeanor was irritated, put off, not friendly, no smile, no 'how can I help you', NOTHING to help me or make me feel more comfortable. My four year old daughter was clinging to my shirt because the store is dark and unfriendly. This man walked around pointing to the carpets of the color I mentioned. He might have been mumbling something too, I wasn't exactly sure what I was supposed to be doing other than follow him (which he didn't even suggest I do, I just did!) I had to ask every question such as ""do I pay now? Do I pick up now or come back? Is this the right pile for the application? etc."" I had to DRAG information from this person. Finally at the very last, he offered to cut a small piece of carpet from the two shades so I could take them home. I can't believe how unfriendly, unprofessional, uninformative, and border-line rude these people were! Do yourself a favor and just call the Remnant store on Neveda. THEY know how to treat a customer!
Pros: slightly cheaper pricing
Cons: VERY poor customer service, unattractive store
