I have been with this company off and on for the past 10 years, depending on where I live and I think it is crazy that they still don't accept credit or debit cards in their facility. Wake up, as much as they charge for electricity you would think they could afford a debit machine to make it a little more customer friendly. If there was another company that gave them competition I would change in a heart beat.
Pros: During power outages they are pretty good about getting power back on... but that is the people working hard and I don't give credit to the company.
Cons: The bills change to extremes and hardly ever comes back down.
