I took my Real Estate Salesperson prelicense through their computer based CD course. They offer actual classroom, CD or online courses, so you can find a type of instruction that fits your lifestyle. The best thing is when you are going through this school you get to take their "Cram Course" which is a weekend course you take prior to your state exam. Its free if you go throug GAMLS, but it is open to students that went through different real estate schools, you just have to pay a fee. I believe this extra study time helped me pass my state exam with a 96, whereas many people who were in the cram course from different schools (and finally decided to pay the extra fee) had taken and failed the state test ($96 for each attempt) at least once before. The curriculum is the same pretty much wherever you go, it's the support along with the classroom work that pushes GAMLS ahead.
