Georgetown Sporting Goods makes the bulk of it's money from schools, referees and youth leagues so don't look for a lot of service or inventory here. If you can find what you want...

Got a flyer from the school that GSG was offering a 50% discount on some shoes that were being offered for the team. more

Not a retail store 7/29/2011

Georgetown Sporting Goods makes the bulk of it's money from schools, referees and youth leagues so don't look for a lot of service or inventory here. If you can find what you want their prices are as good or better than Academy but don't get your hopes up that it will be there. And don't look for any expertise on equipment because you won't find it there. Lots of clueless folks. more

Worst Service You Could Possibly Find 2/4/2011

I have tried several times with this store to purchase umpire gear and they always seem to be out of stuff. The store has a very small inventory and a staff of incompetent employees. When I asked about the challenges all I got was attitude. Everytime I have gone in there the staff is rude including the owner Bryan. I got news for you Bryan it's called the internet. I will never return. The service not even worth one star, unfortunately you have to put at least one to post a review. more

shipping 8/23/2010

Georgetown Sporting Goods billed my credit card 10 weeks ago for an order I have yet to receive. I understand sitting on the order, but don't charge me until you are ready to ship! Still have hope of receiving the order some day. Maybe? more
