My family has bought their cars here for years. The customer service is above average and they are wiling to answer all of your questions. They also let you take as many test drives as you need before you make a decision. Their prices are about average compared to other volvo dealers on long island. Their service department is just ok though and not managed too well. They could improve it. more

I went to this Volvo dealership a few weeks ago as I was shopping for a new car. Out of about 4 other dealerships I visited that day, this was the best one for any make of car. They were professional, honest, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately approached and asked for assistance. The salesman showed me the differences between the two models I was interested in, the S40 and S60, and discussed them at some length. He was then very honest and said I could get a 2005 S60 for the same price as a 2006 S40...more car for the same money, later model year. No big deal to me. He gave me a very nice test drive, answered all my questions, and gave me no pressure during price discussions. He was straightforward, and wrote out all my price options for each model. I wound up not buying the car as I decided to keep the car I have how, but when I do buy a car again, I will definitely go to this dealership first. We leased a car from them last year and the transaction could not have been smoother. Great service and no gimmicks - what they advertised is exactly what we got and we got a great deal - highly recommended! They also have a huge garage for service and it is immaculate. more
