We went to All American confused after looking at a lot of different places. The salesman was very experienced. He knew about all types of beds and asked us about our sleeping habits. He showed us three beds, all of which felt good. He went over the construction of each bed and we picked out a Scandinavian Comfort. Pros: very informative more

We shopped every place in Georgetown and in North Austin. Came back to All American Mattress and bought a Scandinavian Comfort Foam Mattress from the Manager Kevin. Best Purchase we ever made! Cost around $4,000, worth every penny. Mattress was special ordered and came in around a week later. Great delivery crew. We recommend them to every one we meet. Most of our friends in Sun City have also bought there as well. Haven't heard a bad word yet. Highly recommended! Pros: local to Georgetown, large selection of all types and brands. We bought a mattress and bed frame which was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. After 7 weeks of calling every 3 days and having them tell us that our order would definitely be in tomorrow, they finally delivered it only after we asked them three times to just return our money. Neither the bed frame nor the mattress were exactly what we ordered. The bed frame collapsed after 3 days. After 6 phone calls and a week they finally came to take their products back. After three weeks and several phone calls they still had not refunded our money so I had to file a fraud report with my credit card. Whatever you do, don't go here. We bought the same mattress from Mattress Firm for $100 less and it was delivered the next day. Cons: They lie. Alot. more
