Worst massage I've ever had 10/20/2007

The rooms are freezing, and I mean freezing. The massage was generic and the masseuse did not listen to any of my requests for areas to focus on. Way over priced and not worth a single penny. I will NEVER go back here again. I contacted the store manager after this experience and they had no response at all. more

Aromatherapy 12/29/2005

They have a very nice selection of aromatherapy oils. I love their hair care products. I'm so glad they have opened a shop at the MCI Center area. I plan to shop there soon. The Georgetown staff is friendly and helpful. The staff greets you with a cup of tea which is very comforting on a cold day out shopping. more

Love the products, not the treatment rooms 8/20/2005

The Aveda products are wonderful and I love the smell when you walk in of all their shampoos and products - very clean and natural. I've had several services in this salon including a pedicure and a massage and waxing. I haven't been very satisfied with them. The treatment rooms feel like you're in a dungeon and I find them a little creepy and not very sound proof. My pedicure was done by a new hire who botched up the polish and took so long I got a parking ticket on Wisconsin Ave. Not the greatest experiences with staff, but I will still go in there for the products. more
