This company had come to repair the heating system as part of a home warranty program. They were good at collecting the ""co-pay"" from me for their visit and part of their fax was to get a part from the company that makes the heating system and fix the unit. But they did not place the order until I left them two messages and talked to them (reminding them of my existence!) a third time. When asked why they did not respond to the earlier voice messages they came up with ""we have a problem with our answering service"" - duh! then why have it? disable it, bozos!\r
I can go on and on about their ineptitude but you get the picture. Buyer beware!
