Electric water heater (10 year old Home Depot/GE) died Sunday a.m. Didn't call till 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday (after Labor day). Spoke to Patrick at the Beaverton office, he quoted me an excellent price on a new one, installed and old one hauled off. Said they would be there early in the afternoon - Jim (the installer, wonderful fella, btw!) called at 12:30, said he'd be there by 1, and he was right on time - explained it would take about an hour and a half (right on the nose!), cleaned up the area and off he went leaving a happy customer! Talk about service - A+ all the way - no wonder George Morlan is the ""water heater king""! My only question is why does this stuff always happen when hubby is off touring the country on his motorcycle?!!! Many THANKS for excellent customer service (-:
