I am GKW florist fan! I strayed recently and quickly remembered why I was such a fan! I have NEVER been disappointed in all the years I have used GKW. Again this weekend, I called at the last minuted (I forgot), they answered at an odd hour, friendly and helpful as always, ready for my order! When the order was delivered, it was (OF COURSE!) breath taking! Every time I send George K Walker flowers the recipient and others RAVE about how beautiful the arrangements are and how long the flowers last. I can tell them an idea of what I want and "WA LA" a beautiful arrangement is created and everyone is thrilled. The prices are very comparable to others and I cannot tell you how nice it is to never be disappointed as I have been from other florists I have used. I went into George K. Walker's Florist the day before Valentine's Day to pick out a nice arrangement for my mom. I had no idea what to get when I arrived. A real nice lady helped me pick out the perfect arrangement for her. It consisted of all kinds of wild flowers--in many different colors and had baby's breath in it. It was placed in a beautiful crystal looking vase. It looked very nice. When I gave it to my mom, she just loved it. I was happy with my purchase and experience here. I'll be back. more

Normally, the only one enjoying the purchased flowers is the one receiving them. But this store is different.There personnel and service is so nice that even the buying of flowers is a nice experience. The staff is well trained and the one thing you will never have to worry about are flowers that need to be thrown out within 7 days. They really send the freshest flowers and so compliments will be coming your way for selecting flowers from George K. I have send flowers for a variety of occasions and have received excellent service every time and the people receiving the flowers complimented me on the selection as well as how long the flowers lasted. more
