I brought my 2 nephews here, both had been neglected in their detal care. They sat me down in the back room with a treatment plan for both, with out of pocket expenses of over 2K for both kids. I agreed and started the treatment. Well, their estimate was off by $500, due to a previous claim against the plan. They sent me a bill, and I paid half the first month, then received an email notice to bring one of them in to be fitted for a crown. I dropped him off, only to receive a call stating they would not due the work unless balance was paid in full. I understand payment policies, but why wasn't I told this upfront? They seemed to have little concern as to the impact on a person's budget, they only wanted to be paid. I paid in full, then stated I would not be back. The work on the crown was not that good, glue residue was left in place. I do not recommend this practice.
