BEST GROOMER EVER 3/10/2012

We have taken our peek-a-poo here several times. The staff is always professional. In the past we have used other groomers but with Gentle Touch they pay attention to every detail. The grooming salon is very clean and the staff really has a solid hand on what they are doing. The price is by far better than most groomers in the Florence area as well. more

Horrible people here 10/21/2009

Do NOT take your dog to this groomer! We have a 13 year old Golden Retriever that is blind but otherwise lives a fairly full life, not in pain, etc. When my wife went to pick her up from a haircut the groomer told my wife that ""you should put her down"" and ""it's not right her to live like this"" and other such comments. This is the SECOND time these people have said this and it is by far the most unprofessional and aggravating experience with a pet I have ever had. You're a groomer, not a vet so just the dog's hair and shut your mouth. Avoid at all costs! Cons: horrible more
