My experience at Gentle Star Med-Spa was everything I had hoped for, and a whole lot more. The staff is very proffesional and friendly. Everything felt superior- the service, the equipment and my results-WOW. I was not pressured to buy products, but was informed of my options. I can't wait to return. Fantastic experience every time! 5/9/2006

I would highly recommend this med spa. My husband and I have made many visits and each experience was fantastic. The staff is friendly, caring, and they truly make you feel comfortable. This is truly a unique and amazing MedSpa. Craig and Dr. Ellis are super-friendly, professional and SERIOUSLY care about giving you great looking skin. I feel great going into the spa because the staff is so nice and welcoming and even better when I leave, knowing my skin is better than when I came in. more

Highly recommended!! 5/8/2006

This was my first experience with laser hair removal and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was freindly and the atmosphere was unique and private. I am so happy that I decided to do it. I love the results and wish I would have done it years ago. I can't wait to try the other services offered. I am strongly recommending the spa to all my friends and relatives. Amazing experience 5/8/2006

I visited Gentle Star for the first time about 4 months ago and since then have been using the Obaji line of products. I have received more comments on how ""radiant"" and ""beautiful"" my skin looks now than when I was 20 years younger! Craig and Dr. Ellis are fabulous at what they do and are always striving to make sure you are informed and happy with your skin. more

I love going to Gentle Star! 5/6/2006

I have been going to Gentle Star Med Spa since its opening. Its a really great place, Quiet, nice music, clean, friendly and amazing in general. The experience you get at Gentle Star is excellent, and you leave with the results you want. I enjoy my visits at the spa. I try to go as much as I can, its really a great place. I would recommend it to everyone one of my friends. Pros: Result Oriented, Friendly, Beautiful Decor more

Great skin 5/6/2006

The minute I walked in to Gentlestar, I felt well-taken-care of. The staff was friendly, kind, and totally professional. And, most importantly, my 41-year-old skin looks fantastic! (I got carded at Safeway last night trying to buy wine) :) more
