I have been a patient of Gentle Family for around 30 years because they are like family, very friendly and very nice. All who are on the staff are\r really good at what they do. Dr.Jim Aust is at the top of his profession.\r I would recommend anyone in search of a Dental Care Facility to go there.\r Bill Karn more

The entire staff has always made my wife (Sandy) and I feel like an extension of this professional family. Hats off to Dr. Aust's team, that make every visit such a pleasure. Your dental practice is awesome and the staff is very friendly. In particular, I overpaid when I first came there and instead of just keeping the money, your staff let me know I was due a refund. That was classy and honest. I enjoy going to the dentist more! more

I have been a patient at Gentle Family Dental Care for 30 years. I have always felt cared for. Going to a dentist used to be a scary situation for me until I met the staff here. I love this office and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist. They go above and beyond what is normally expected of a dentist! more

I have not been to the dentist in over 10 years due to a bad childhood experience at the dentist. Long story short, I had an old filling that broke and took part of my tooth with it. I called GFDC first thing on Monday morning and they were able to get me right in to find out what was going on. I was scheduled for a root canal the following morning and again, was very anxious. Both Dr. Aust and Amanda were so understanding. I was told I would not feel a thing and I can honestly say, I did not. Everybody in the office is so kind and caring. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis now that I am no longer terrified of the dentist. lol. They have a sign above their door that reads "Enter as strangers, leave as friends." I think it's true. Thanks everyone at GFDC!!! more

I recently saw Dr. Shaver for a crown replacement. The experience was painless and the assistant did a great job of prepping the tooth. I used to dread going to the dentist but now find the appointments comfortable. I appreciate the reminders, texts, and voicemails so I don't forget my appointments. The office staff is so friendly they make you feel like family. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a new dentist. more

On a more personal note, my mother (also a patient of Dr Aust) recently passed away, and as always, the entire team at GFDC responded with kindness, and condolences to our family.
