Gentle Dentistry Of Newnan

I love Gentle Dentistry of Newnan. Both Dr. Bass and Dr. Sahara are great as well as all the hygenists. \r \r We started going to the practice 7 years ago when we lived in Newnan. We moved closer to the city and I opted to take my son to a Pediatric Dentist closer to our new home. We have spent lots of money with terrible results. One even advised me that my 5yr old (at the time) needed over $2,000 worth of dental work completed while unconscience. I was shocked as he has been to the dentist 2x's per year as suggested since age 2. I took him to Gentle Dentistry of Newnan and they said all he needed was 4 fillings. He just had his 6 month cleaning and he had 0 cavities. \r \r I drive 45 minutes each way to come to this office, but it is well worth it. I referred my neighbor and she loves them too!\r I can't say enough good things about the entire staff! more

Before I started going to Dr. Jennifer Bass at Gentle Dentistry of Newnan, any reason to cancel or reschedule a dentist appointment would suffice. Dr. Bass lives up to the name Gentle Dentistry. I had many unpleasant dental experiences before I finally found Dr. Bass's office. I choose her office based solely on the name Gentle Dentistry, I thought maybe there is such a thing as a gentle dentist. Dr. Bass has proven to me that a dentist can indeed be gentle. I have never found the office staff to be anything but very professional, kind and caring. I would and frequently do recommend Dr. Bass to my family, friends and colleagues. Kristy is my hygienist, she is absolutely the best I have ever had. Kristy is the only hygienist that has ever cleaned my teeth and NOT had me to the bottom of the chair before it's done. I couldn't imagine ever having to leave Dr. Bass's practice, they are truly the best. more

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with Gentle Dentistry. The staff truly lives up to the name as I possess an immense phobia of dentists. Dr. Sahara and Christi treated me with exceptional care and made my visits as relaxing as the office settings. Dr. Bass and Dr. Sahara are two of the most compassionate dentists I have ever been to. They have a genuine concern for their patients, and at no time did I ever feel they were ""in it for the money"". My three children and I have been going to this practice since it opened. The fees and charges are very competitive. If an emergency arises, they are very willing and able to work you in. I adore the entire staff from the front desk, hygienists, to billing. This is by far the worst dental experience I have ever had! My wife and I have spent (been charged on our credit cards) over $7,000 at this office. Two years later none of her crowns or bridges are in place. The crown that I recieved (after three attempts to get it right) is cracked and has been since the first year. Dr. Bass always has an excuse as to why the crowns and bridges aren't fillting yet, she is totally oblivious as to how to resolve it, (everything from the bridge company made a mistake to your teeth have shifted!) However, she was VERY aggressive at charging our credit cards BEFORE the work was completed! Two years later, we are paying the bill but have received NOTHING for it!
