for years i have been having my teeth cleaned with my previous dentist every six months. i have had bad breath and inflammed gums for a while but my dentist said i was ok. i got a second opinion with gentle dental, when they took new x-rays as my dentist before hadnt taken in 3 years, the doctor found i had a disease that was causing me to loose bone in my mouth. they did a deep cleaning and had to pull a few teeth but i have been a lot better since then. i hesitated to have new xrays taken but now i know why they need to so this doesnt happen again!\r \r thanks so much gentle dental!!!! more

GREAT FRIENDLY PEOPLE! 12/22/2008

I AM NERVOUS ABOUT DENTISTS AS THEY NEVER EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME, BUT I WENT TO GENTLE DENTAL AND THEY REALLY MADE ME FEEL AT EASE. THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE DOCTOR WHO SAW ME EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THROUGHLY ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE MANAGER WENT OVER WITH ME AND EXPLAINED ALL MY INSURANCE BENEFITS TO ME\r I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! more

Worst Experience of my Life!!! 11/17/2008

I went in to this place for a simple cleaning. A tooth that was not bothering me at all had an old filling in it. They recommended replacing the filling so it would not fracture. I said fine. They drilled too far, damaged the nerve and now I have been in pain for three weeks, have to have a root canal and spend a fortune. They simply said, oops it happens occassionaly. Another dentist told me I have a cavatiy they completely missed. DO NOT GO TO GENTLE DENTAL!!! Cons: The office is very worn and looks like a free clinic. I had to wait almost an hour. more
