the worst 4/13/2010

wish read this review before going there... have to go back for so many times. First thye forget to write down the color for my crown, the the crown didn't fit, I had to come back again and keep going on for 2 months. Even after the crown finished, it doesn't feel right. On top of that, they have so many disclaimers I need to sign before and after the service is done.. looks like they know they anticipate a lot of lawsuit more

Horrible experience with Gentle Dental 10/8/2008

Take X rays like there is no tomorrow! On my first visit, they took 16-20 X rays of my teeth. Came up with exorbitant solutions and ofcourse when I did not want to get any of it done, they did not even do a regular cleaning. Would never recommend to anyone. more

2 cancellations for my kids--dubious suggested treatments for me! 1/31/2006

I found this office on my insurance local provider list. I have been there a couple of times, and the overall feeling I get is that they try to suggest unnecessary procedures to overbill your insurance. They not only wanted to fill a couple of cavities I had, but also to seal "future" cavities that weren't there yet. Also, they cancelled 2 appointments for my kids! GRRRR. Very irritating. They claimed the dentist was sick, but with like 5 dentists there, I don't see how they couldn't cover. I would not recommend, and I am looking for a new dentist for me family. more

They are horrible 12/25/2005

I went there for a normal check up.They kept calling me for weeks and every time time they would do so many proceedures and bill me so high.During one visit my gums bleeded so much that i had a fever the whole night after i came.. more

Fleece you of all you have ...... 10/31/2005

My experience with Gentle Dental was very bad. I would go in for a routing cleaning and the doctor would find some way to make me poorer by at least 500 bucks (that is after insurance costs). Something was always wrong with my teeth. I finally changed dentists after they were recommending some exorbitant treatment. Needless to say, the new dentist found it unecessary more
