this office is notorious in overcharging patient's billing. when you call them to discuss the bill, they never returned your calls. Meanwhile, they will send bills to you. They still owe us over $380 payment which they refused to pay us back. they are the worst dental office in customer service. more

Hillsdale dental group in San Mateo 11/8/2008

The doctors and workers are fine but the office accounting billing is notoristly bad--full of mistakes and over billings to both patients and insurance. What they did is unethical because they billed both the patients and the patients' insurance for the same treatment. This will enable them to collect both from the insurance company and the patients. If patients question about their bills, they ignor the patients and continue to send the bills to the patients or theater sending to the collection. more

Very amenable office 7/27/2006

My wife had an appointment this morning that she forgot to cancel. They offered her a later appt. today but since she had the kids she said she couldn't do it. After asking a couple of times how old our kids were, they offered to show them a cartoon so she could make her appointment. This office goes above and beyond in order to please their customers. more

convenient hours and location 8/7/2005

I have been going to Hillsdale Dental for almost 2 years and am generally happy with my experiences. They have good hours, from 7:30 in the morning until 6 at night, and are open Saturdays. Dr. Fong is a new dentist to the practice but already I have had him fill three teeth and check and clean my teeth. I plan to continue going to them because of their location and doctors. more
