I had an urgent appt. with Gentle Dental. I had broken a tooth on Sunday and they got me in at 0800am on Monday. The Dentist did an excellent job treating the tooth. Although I need a crown (I expected as much), I was given the good news that a root canal was not necessary. Great experience and care.\r more

I was referred to this office from my other office to get a root canal. I found out they do wisdom teeth and braces and family dentistry there too! I switched my whole family over here. Every doctor there is great and the office is clean. The only ""bad"" thing I every experienced was wait time - but what doctor or dental office ever is on time?! No other complaints about the office.\r more

I love everyone at Gentle Dental Del Lago. The reason I chose this particular dental group in the first place was because of their name...the word Gentle was in their name; and that's exactly what I was looking for in a dentist or dental group. I needed a personable dentist and someone who could understand about how fearful a patient could be. I started with Gentle Dental because they understood my fears of needles and bad past experiences with dentists growing up. Every staff member in that office on Del Lago has been gentle, understanding, patient with me, communicative, and has given me discounts at times knowing that I am not loaded with money. I am known to have panic attacks when dental work is being done, and they worked with me to calm me down. All staff members have taken the time to listen to my problems I may have on any particular day I have an appointment with them and everyone in that office has had a smile for me. Thank you Gentle Dental Del Lago! Thanks for being there for me. :-)\r more

Words can never convey my gratitude towards Gentle Dental's staff and Dr. Kim for helping transform my smile into something that I am truly proud of. When I walked into their offices nearly two years ago, I hated my smile. Years of poor dental hygene had caused some significant damage to my teeth and gums and I feared I'd done irreparable damage. From my first visit with her, Dr. Kim was attentive and kind, never once making me feel not at ease. She is a miracle worker! Now, two years later, I have the smile I have always wanted and there is no price tag I can put on the feeling of confidence I have when I smile and it's all because of Dr. Kim and Gentle Dental.\r more

Service was outstanding!! Front desk staff were polite. RDA Grace took x-rays in an efficient time matter. Emily did an amazing job on my teeth cleaning. Dr. Abuee was very good with his diagnosis. Will definitely return again!!! more

I recently went to this office and experienced the best visit that I've ever had in any dentistry. They have excellent management, doctors and, the staff produce outstanding customer service to their patients. Dr Kim has a way of explaining and talking to the patients to keep them calm and relaxed while in the chair. My comments for this office would be 5 stars for a job well done and, I recommend this office utmost.\r more

First I was greeted as I was in and then I was given the option to pay my office visit before or after i was seen which I appreciated, no hidden fees I knew up front my visit cost was. Then as the back staff girl called me she introduce herself and walk me through the steps of my visit as the female doctor came in did my exam explain what she found ask if I had any questions before she would get the treatment coordinator to go over my benefits..I was presented my cost with insurance very clearly understanding my portion young lady was very helpful, as I went to the front to schedule my next visit for fillings the manager came up to the front introduce herself and welcome me to the office. I walk out as a happy patient, staff is very helpful and nice always with a smile on their faces...\r more
