I would not recommend this company to anyone. they have promised to repair a mess up they did on my rear jeep window since october. All I have received is a bunch of promises and the owner does not return phone calls. As of today his phone is unavailable to receive calls. What kind of business is that. I have reported this business to the BBB.\r more

Although they do good work, the company doesn't return phone calls, makes false promises about completion dates, and doesn't show up when promised. If you hire them, get a written contract with a GUARANTEED COMPLETION DATE.;Otherwise, you will wait for MONTHS and never get satisfactory service. more

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME - service and quality! I called to inquire about upholstering 6 chairs on a Thursday afternoon, by Friday, the owner had stopped over to look at the chairs. He talked me through choosing fabric over the weekend and I gave him the chairs on Sunday. It is Tuesday night and I am sitting on my gorgeous chairs writing this review because the owner of the company dropped them off this evening. This has been the BEST experience I have probably ever had with customer service. The chairs are absolutely beautiful - the detailing is exquisite. I want to get rid of the dining room table so I can just look at the chairs on their own! I want to reupholster the whole house! more

Just got to say I had my antique channel back sofa recently done and it was flawless. It was one of my first times getting anything reupholstered and have to say I will definitely be doing it again very soon with this company. When I was talking to Dan (Owner) he really knew what he was talking about, not like those other upholsters who can't give you a straight answer, and trust me I looked around before I came here. I would of saved a lot of time and effort if I would of started here cause these guys treated me great and the experience you could see in there work and here it in his voice. Just had two antique wooden chairs done by this company superb work. These two chairs were works in progress they both needed a lot of work both needing wood work tightning actual staining and the upholstery was so bad that you could see the old horse hair. Just got to say there work is fantastic and there experience sets them above the rest he really made me feel like he knew what he was doing and once i got the pieces i knew what he was doing. I find it unbelievable that this comapny can still get good reviews. Yes, he has done good work. BUT I am STILL WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE ASFTER 4,yes FOUR YEARS. We ahve tried calling daily, hourly, offering to come and get the piece no matter if it is done or not, showing up at the shop. Nothing works. I'd be surprised if he didn't sell the piece and doesn't want to admit to it. I have had many pieces of furniture done by all sorts of upholsters. But this shop is truely an upholstery shop. Great craftmanship and very experienced workmanship. please dont be fooled by other upholsters in the cleveland area, this company is reasonable and trust me when i say that only an experienced worker with over 30 years of experience will be working on your piece. Not some random who works at the shop on the weekends (most upholstery shops in the cleveland area are like this believe it or not). this person is just going around the internet posting abusive comments about this company on every internet site he/she can possibly find. im sorry to hear about there incovenience but this company does prestine work and im not gonna let this person go around the internet and let them put an HONEST company down. you go around to any upholsterer in his area and ask there owner about some of his pervious work and he will probably tell you that hes done a lot of mom and pop work. Go to Gentiles and ask they will tell you that they have done everything you can possibly think of from residential to commercial. He told me he has done the Gund Arena (The Q) in the past and thats just one big time place he has done theres probably plenty more but thats the only one i know of.
