the Doctors are great. the support staff is another story. operators are rude. it usually takes 20-30 minutes just to schedule an appointment. Nurses are rude and self centered

I started going to Genoa Medica when I was 4 years old. I started seeing Dr. Nadaud and then around jr. high switched to Dr. Meinke. I love Genoa Medical. My ENTIRE family goes there. My husband, kids, parents, sisters, aunts, uncles, everyone. I highly recommend them. It does take awhile to get through on the phone, but it is worth it. They try to get you in that day. Good job guys...Keep it up! more
