I had a good time at this gym, nice staff, equip. is in good condition. They are a little pushey when signing up for membership. I had to cancel my membership to move to school and it was a very difficult ordeal. The staff was not very helpful. more

While this is not anywhere near the best gym I have ever been to, I have enjoyed working out here. The staff has been great but I have not seen this innapproate behavior yet, which I am kind of dissappointed about. Its not perfect but I haven't found anything better in the area. Pros: College Plan Cons: No dumb bells above 80 lbs. more

I think that Genesis gym is a WONDERFUL gym, the staff are all VERY nice and the place is spotless. Although, the Souderton location is farely small, it is still very welcoming and offers as much as any other gym that I have been to. I would highly recommend Genesis to people of all ages. Unlike some gyms, this one is not considered a ""meat market"" or a way to ""pick up people"" most people there are strictly there to keep up on their physique. . I would also reccomend the classes, it is a great opportunity to meet other people and work with the trainers in a small group setting. My husb and I have gone to Genesis for years. Never have we encountered any unprofessional or inappropriate staff members. I can't say enough good things about Genesis. I really appreciate how clean it always is and the new equipment is great. I've always felt very comfortable going there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely the best gym I've ever been to. I feel like they really care about the members and they always remember my name. I only wish they opened before 5:30 am! Pros: new equipment, supportive staff, good programs, they track your results Cons: not open 24 hrs more

They should have rules that the employees should not be able to mingle with the customer. My husband even took my son to the daycare there and then was in the parkinglot with one of the female employees...I agree with the other writer...bad place to go if you want to keep your family together. more

Nice place, but watch if you send your husband there. The people that work there are not very professional and they will go after married men. I have heard of many relationships breaking up because of female staff at this place. Pros: atmosphere is nice Cons: non trusting more
