Dr. John Zaino is the best of the best! (I can't speak for the others in the practice!). He never makes me feel rushed and I am confident when I walk out of his office that he is in control of my numerous physical problems and that he truly cares that I get successful results. I thank God every day that He got me connected to this great doctor and friend. I am truly blessed and sing his praise to everyone I know! more

This place SUCKS. I have actually been a patient here for years but rarely have to see them. The last two attempts to see Cory, a PA, were extremely painful. He apparently has no consideration for his patient's time. He was 45 minutes late for the appointments. I guess I will just order meds online. more

I have been a patient at this office for nearly 20 years. The doctors there really care. I have never felt rushed and on several occasions have been asked to call them or have been called by the doctors to make sure my children or I are feeling better. I will admit that in the past I too have had difficulty getting appointments in a timely manner and have had administrative difficulties, but over that last couple of years they have added evening and weekend drop-in hours for acute illness and this has been wonderful. It makes it easier to get an appointment during the day and if one of us our sick we can actually see one of the doctors in the practice after work instead of going to an urgent med center. more

First Visit 2/5/2012

Aside from the initial lengthy process of the 'first visit' (i.e. ensuring they have all my info; insurance; etc.) it was a relatively typical doctors' appt. It's the first time I've had a female doctor but the nurse assure me she wouldn't bite. I, in turn, advised her that I wouldn't either! ;-) The doctor is relatively new and very young but spent as much time with me as needed and was very thorough. She filled all my prescriptions and I was on my way. All-in-all, a good experience. more

Don't go... 12/16/2008

These people are awful. You can never get in when you really need an appointment, the staff is rude, and you feel like you are wasting the doctors time. I actually DARED to ask the doctor a question about something not related to my appointment while I was there (took all of three minutes) and was admonished by his nasty old assistant and told to ask something else i have to make a new appointment. Your absolutely right, lady, I will make a new appointment with another doctors office. Just don't go, you'll regret it. Cons: The visit from start to finish more

Finally People Who Care 6/28/2008

Strongly recomend this fine practice. Doctors are wonderful they take their time and base oppinions based on tests not ""I've seen this a hundred times"" type of diagnosis. During visits they take their time and listen to what you have to say. We have found the office staff to be professional, friendly & efficiant. A couple of times some information has needed corrected but be real that stuff happens its a partnership after all you have to work with proffessionals to get optimal care. The bottom line is they are friendly, careing & get to the bottom of things. Pros: Great Doctors, Professional Office Staff Cons: ???? more

Terrible Patient Administration 1/29/2006

The office staff do not seem to have it together. I have had to cleanup administration blunders numberous times since swtiching to Generations Family Medicine, Inc. a year ago. Pros: Doctors are good, Waiting time is good, Weekend appts Cons: Office staff not good more
