Excellent location (near NYU, Washington square) and very holyland for rock/punk/metal fans! You can see an great number of records in the ground floor, and it's a good chance to grab thouse rarely-seen CDs. I purchsed Radiohead 2 LIVE CDs (Fade Into Gray, LIVE in London) of course, with a high price. What I recommended most is the basement. The amount of T-shirts, posters, LPs, Videos are unbelievable. It's definitely worth spending a day looking through all the stuff in such a haven for underground music! more

Good Place 9/19/2005

Great music and great atmosphere in a very fun area of the village. There's even a cat to keep you company and a fantastic collection of used cds in the basement. The only problem is its higher prices, but it always feels good to support local institutions. So, check it out! more
