I'm not the kind of person who often writes reviews. But I had such a fantastic experience with Kasey Estes that I couldn't not share. With Estes, no question was a dumb question. She was knowledgeable without ever being condescending, appropriately courteous and yet extremely personable. She never made the process feel like a chore, instead it was an enlightening experience that lead to advantage and security. I look forward to a long relationship with Southwest General, as long as I get to continue facilitating that relationship with the guidance of Kasey Estes. more

Kasey Estes, our agent at Southwest General Insurance, has been a crucial asset in our business insurance transition.
