We just wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you! Meeting you at the RV show in Novi was a life changing experience for us and so far the road we've traveled has been great. From our experience that day at the RV show with you and Josh Cooper all the way through every aspect of our purchasing experience everyone at General RV has exceeded our expectations. While everyone has been great and we know that there are a lot of people behind the scenes that have helped with this process and we have probably spoken to a few times, we would like to thank all of them! This was truly a timely gift from God. I so needed to be away and in nature for a few days. I needed something that would allow me to care for my frail dependent mother and still have a nature experience. An RV was the thing that allowed us to do this. This was my 1st RV experience, Mom's too! I called July 5th to inquire on my desired RV & need for wanting something that week. I had such an itch to get away in nature and behind just the RV I had researched and found out the RV was available! The rental rep I spoke to was as accommodating as well as the service tech that cleaned the RV. Mom and I had a wonderful and memorable 4 days - I'll never forget it. The timing was perfect. Thank you Terry for a dream come true! We are from Montreal and after selling our pop-up, my husband and I were looking for something that would allow us to have the family around on summer weekends. Our pop-up could sleep about 8, so we needed something at least equivalent. My husband found the General RV website. Because of the great prices they have, we opted for a Tioga Ranger Class C motorhome that sleeps 10! No more hooking up. Just fill the RV and get going!\r My husband started emailing General to get an idea of what to expect. Buying an RV from across the border can be a stressful experience. Never was one of our questions without response. Terry Bader was the person we dealt with. He took care of all the paperwork, picked us up at the airport, took us to our hotel and picked us up again in the morning! We had a 90 minutes training on our RV from Larry, to answer any final questions and God knows my husband had a lot of them!\r What a wonderful experience. All went so smoothly from our first email to our going through the American and Canadian borders. We can't thank Terry, Larry and all the employees of General RV enough for making this experience so unforgettable. They found lifetime clients and we will never hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Quebec looking for a great price and outstanding service! the sales,rv technician and financing people where wonderful and answered all our questions and where very helpful and courteous, we had to drive from Miramar, fl to jacksonville General RV dealership to pick up our travel trailer but the pricing and the travel trailer we bought was very well worth it. thank you more
