Josh is the best. He is always pleasant, competent, and tries to save me money whenever he can. All the people at General Plumbing are true professionals.

The service and work was excellent, but the cost was exorbitant, way out of line!!!

Jose came to fix my washer drain for me.He was efficient,patient and stuck with the job until it was fixed.he went above and beyond the call of duty and I’ll recommend him and general plumbing without hesitation more

Excellent Service Installing Public Water Fountain 4/2/2019

The team at General Plumbing did an excellent job installing a water fountain in the lobby of our Visitor Center. They were easy to work with, good communicators, and did what they promised in a timely manner. Phil Jurek did a great job with the installation. He was courteous, neat, and professional. I highly recommend them and would do business with General Plumbing again. more

Knowledgeable and Polite 2/26/2019

The women answering the phone were very friendly each time I called, in spite of the fact that I kept having to switch when I needed them to come. Also I live up North and couldn't be there for the repair so the guy who fixed it took pictures of the before and after and explained as best he could what was wrong. I thought the price was high, but he said that they are required to guarantee the work for one year, so maybe that is not common- in which case it is fine. more

12/13/18 I have been a long standing client of General Plumbing and Air Conditioning Services. It is highly likely that our business relationship extends back as far as the 1990's. There has always been a respectful and professional exchange of ideas, arrangements, appointments for necessary work and emergent attention given when necessary. There have been so many very special folks who I have connected with over the years, and they ALL deserve recognition. I must say first that Amy Shedd has been a constant. Amy takes the stress away. She has always been direct, helpful, consistently accurate and a beacon of light during some of those "darker plumbing moments." Everything is positive about Amy and I hope management is aware that her presence at General Plumbing is extraordinary. Thank you so much to Tracy and of course to Josh, Andrew, José, ..... Mike Walsh, who is no longer with the company, was a life saver more than once and I will always appreciate his help.There are several others, however names are escaping me. From the moment Amy answered the phone to the time when Ken arrived we were blessed with prompt, courteous, professional service. Amy quickly understood our need as well as the confusion that sometimes happens with our location and knew exactly where we are. Ken arrived on time, did the examination of our problems and gave us the exact price it would cost to do the work. He answered all questions and went to work. Amazing service 6/23/2018

Our water heater broke and I called General plumbing for help, they sent Andrew out and he was at our house in under 30 minutes! He was polite, explained everything to us and answered every question we had! He walked us thru the whole process. Very generous with his time. And with in 36 hours we had a new water heater! more

Great with historic fixtures 6/22/2018

I had a dripping kitchen faucet that a previous plumber and handyman both refused to touch, since they were unfamiliar with the style (old, wall-mounted). But General Plumbing just fixed it! Very knowledgeable about historic/old fixtures. The entire process was easy and everyone, from the field tech to the scheduler on the phone, was incredibly nice. Will definitely use again and recommend to others! more

Great customer service. Kris the technician was on time, uses a carpet and covers on shoes to keep house clean. Had us up and running again in no time. Office staff super friendly. Would definitely use this company again for all plumbing and AC needs. more
