The company comes in with all types of promises, but don't follow through. They promise a superior product and superior service but fall short. Their counts of the product that go back are always off, to the point where at one point they said we had 9 times the number of linens we actually did after a year into the two year contract. They are a business that monopolizes making businesses sign multiple year contracts and not allowing service with it, but also only willing to sign if they have 100% of your business and not have it split up within a few businesses which is common in the restaurant industry. Basically it's a business you should avoid using at all costs and definitely avoid signing a contract as once your in, your screwed. They overcharge for everything, charge on a bulk rate charging for what you have in stock instead of what you use. They also give no credit for anything not used and returned. That be ok at least when you needed more than normal and asked for it, they'd rent it to you at the same cost, but no this is another way they get you and charge you more than normal on the spot unless you let them know of the increase weeks prior. So any last minute large party or something will cost you. Any change to the amount in stock will cost you, and they have a minimum which you have to always hit or you're paying for a service you're not receiving. Use your judgment, what other businesses make you sign a contract for service? Coke and Pepsi don't, and they have more $ in equipment in than anyone. No food providers do either, nor alcohol or beer companies. Id save yourself a bundle and buy your own linen and a washer unless you got a better option locally. They are trying to bill us for almost $1000 in "missing product" that never got returned when we ended our contract out and told them we weren't renewing. Their counts had been so far off that we laughed when we got this, but it's actually ridiculous that they'd do this to businesses instead of working to try to get business back.
