I can't say enough about the employees at General Feed. They know so much about the different type of feeds and grains for horses. They are always kind, upbeat, and happy. I love going there, if not for anything else, but to say hello. Their prices are reasonable and then are extremely gracious with sending people my way for horse boarding purposes. I love Bret, April, and Karen...they are awesome! more

Your one stop shop 11/19/2008

General feed has knowlegdeable staff and lots of horse stuff. Not only that they have a lot of pet supply products and gardening supplies too. We seed our [asture each spring and its nice to find the best seed here! more

General Feed has the cheapest prices in the Bay Area 7/13/2005

General Feed has a great selection, a huge stock of everything, but more than that, it's by far the cheapest place to buy stuff. They have tons(literally) of horse, livestock and pet food, in addition to general tools and health supplies for your animals. In back is a great value-priced tack store with a great selection of new tack, in addition to many used saddles for sale. more
