Three of the nicest quickest people came to my house yesterday and completely cleaned my kitchen and my bathroom and dusted and cacuumed my living room and my dining room. I was completely impressed and I'm totally looking forward to next month for them to come back especially with my 15-year-old at home. more

You have to get over the fact that the amount of time you get is the very minimum they can get away with -- my "hour" started the moment she called to find out which apartment I was in, and ended 58 minutes later -- about 48 minutes after they actually arrived. But they know what they are doing and never stop while they are there, so a lot of cleaning got done. more

The company came and was super accommodating to our cleaning needs. It was a move out cleaning so there was a lot of other things going on and they handled it in stride. Even spoke on the phone with my landlord to inform him of how the cleaning was being done when he asked. GREAT people, will definitely use them again for cleaning needs more

best ever 7/14/2013

i have never had cleaners but i've had surgery and was unable to clean. in one hour, three lovely women came in and cleaned 2 bathrooms and kitchen including the floor. i have never been able to get my house to look so good but they did an outstanding job. will book them in the future. more

I was at work when they arrived. But my husband said 3 ladies arrived and they were delightful. They were not sure they could do everything in the time allotted by the groupon, which I understood because my bathrooms needed quite a bit of work. Great job! more

I got the groupon offer ($65 for 90 minutes of cleaning by a two-member team, with a $65 surcharge for heavy cleaning) and it was totally worth it. The team showed excellent attention to detail taking care of all the nooks and crannies in my kitchen and bathroom. They worked until the place was pristine (took about 80 minutes), and even did a little extra vacuuming of the living areas at no extra cost! I'd definitely recommend this service for anyone moving into a dirty apartment. more

After researching several options, I found General Cleaning. They were everything I'd hoped for and more. I wasn't able to be there in person for the cleaning, so I arranged for Marilene (the owner) and her staff to have access to a key and left an outline of high-priority and low-priority tasks. They were thorough, professional, and efficient, and left my home looking the best it has in the four years I've lived there. Highly recommended and very good value for money. more

The women were professional, arrived early and completed the work on time. The amount of work completed in just an hour was impressive. They cleaned the entire home; floors, two bathrooms, lots of mirrors and even dusted on top of the cabinets. I will definitely use them again. more

review of 2 hour clean 11/1/2012

I scheduled the cleaning about 2 weeks out, and it ended up being the day after the worst of Hurricance Sandy. The team was running late, but I was called about it well ahead of time. They ran down the list of areas I gave as priorities and made the bathrooms spotless, which was what I really cared about. The chemicals used are a bit strong and took half a day to air out. I wouldn't expect that to be different from other cleaners, though. more
