Thorough, friendly, exceptional job. 7/29/2013

General Services did an excellent job. I have already told several of my friends about them. He just did a really thorough job. I've had my carpets cleaned a lot of times, but I really thought they looked a lot better this time. I've had problems with my cat and he took special care with that. I'm very grateful. I will use them exclusively from now on. If you use them, you will be very, very pleased. more

My experience with General Services has always been great! Murray cleaned for us a long time ago and we were pleased so I was very very happy when we went into service again last year. He is thorough, timely, and explains what is going on. If there is anything that he can't get completely out, he lets me know why. I have recommended General Services to several people. You would never be sorry if you hire them! I'm sure you'll be very pleased with the work and friendly, helpful attitude. more

The stains don't come back 7/18/2013

We've been a customer on and off for about 10 years. General Services is the only one who have ever gotten my carpets clean where the stains don't come back. He's got better products and is more knowledgeable than the big box companies. You get what you pay for! more

Murray is the best! You would never know we have 4 kids running around our house after a visit from Murray! I've never had our carpets look so wonderful. I appreciate his attention to detail and kindness while in our home. He does amazing work. more

I have been using General Carpet cleaning for years. I always get an appointment quickly, he is always prompt, and of course my carpets look like new when he leaves. The tile cleaning is also fantastic! Just like new. more

I've had other services come and do my carpets and never were they able to take out the stains or refresh my carpet as they did at General Cleaning Co. Give them a try, you will never regret it. more

The BEST and Reasonable Prices Too...Why use anyone else? 4/2/2013

I cannot say enough good things about General Carpet Cleaners. Murray and his wife Joanne are professional,friendly, caring people . Murray is one of the hardest working men I have met...smart and honest, a perfectionist when it comes to doing the best job possible. My carpets look spectacular after he leaves, and they are OLD carpets with many years of children and pets damaging them. His prices are very reasonable. I would never hire another cleaner, there really is no need to look elsewhere. more

Excellent service. 3/8/2013

They are extremely professional and are quick in and out. I don't have a big area of carpet, but it's a heavy traffic area. They've done a really good job of getting out stains and getting the carpet clean. I've used them twice now, and have referred them to my co-workers when they have been looking for a service. more

Perfect. Great business transaction and wonderful result. 2/21/2013

We have a bigger home. My son and grandchildren were living with us for a while, and we had a couple of puppies and a cat as well. The stains were tremendous. There were stains from the grandchildren added to pet mistakes, and I thought the carpet was ruined. Before we ripped it all up and redid it, someone told me to give General Carpet a try. Murray came out, and sure enough, he was prompt and quick. He looked around and declared that he could remove most of the stains and use a special chemical for the odor. The price was worth taking the chance. Now, it's been many months, and the stains are gone. They saved me from recarpeting a two story home. I saved lots of money, and their work was quick and accurate. more
