Horrible service - serviceman even brought his young son in to the job with him! He said nothing was wrong with our appliance - barely looked at it - and clearly didn't know what to do since the problem still remains. Getting any return calls from them was impossible as well. Don't use this company! more

don't use this company 8/6/2009

They said they fixed my washer, but on the first use it flooded my basement. They were hard to reach and I have not been able to reach them to cover the damage their faulty repair caused. Stay away from this company. more
