Good Trustworthy Company 3/15/2019

I've used them for 23 years for HVAC and would not go anywhere else. I used the plumbing services also for water heater, faucets, clogs, garbage disposal, etc. Tech Ed Valle has been here the last 3 times for plumbing and very skilled, professional and courteous. Its like an old school company that shows appreciation to long time customers. I don't write many reviews but these guys deserve 5 stars more

Great Service 2/21/2019

Called General Air in the AM and They came out to service our HVAC unit by 1:30 in the afternoon. The service Pro Gustavo was excellent and knew immediately what the problem was. We had our unit up and running the same afternoon. I had previously been using another company and switched two years ago to General haven't been disappointed with their service and technicians. Kitchen Faucet installation 2/18/2019

Had next day service to replace water faucet in kitchen. Ed Valle arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I intend to call General air & Plumbing the next time I have a problem. Peggy in the office was very concerned that we had no water in our kitchen. 5 Stars is our grade. more

Service call greatly exceded expectations 10/24/2018

We have a new home in Naples and were having a mold problem. We called General in the morning and their technician, Gus, came right on time that afternoon. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was going to do to resolve our problem. He analyzed our system and resolved our problem. It’s reassuring that we have a resource here that is so capable and customer oriented. Thanks General and Gus! Bob more

Hot Water Heater Replacement/AC maintenance 10/4/2018

Ed called ahead of time and was punctual in coming. Made sure proper size hot water heater was installed, made sure no water leaked or carpet was damaged toting the hot water heater up and down the steps. Very professional and courteous. more
