My experience with Generation 3 was flawless. The technician, Gordon, showed up early, and was neat and professional. He took the time to give me some tips on how to use my new device. I plan to use Generation 3 again the next time I need electrical work. more

A great referral 11/4/2014

The main purpose of the call was to install a new ceiling fixture in my kitchen, but I save up stuff for professionals. While Kevin (?) got right to work on the fixture, Jose addressed my other questions and concerns directly and professionally. They were punctual, personable and respectful of my time. They cleaned up,& took away all the trash & recycling. Cost seemed reasonable & was discussed (and immediately emailed) upfront. Dottie in the office was also very helpful with scheduling, and I really appreciated the pre-visit email with a photo of Jose. Gen 3 was referred to me by a friend, and (as long as the fixture keeps working!), I am very pleased with their service. more

superior service! 5/29/2014

We are more then satisfied with the work done on our electrical and would highly recommend Generation 3 Electric. We had to have our entire unit updated and it was an all day project. Jose and John showed up right on time as promised (calling 20min before they arrived too) and worked hard all day. I was well informed as they worked throughout the day as to what they were doing and why. Jose gave an estimate on the number of hours it would take and held true to word. They were so fantastic I was even able to confidently leave the house for several hours and came back to business as usual. Friendly, professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. This was our first experience with Generation 3 Electric and have become loyal customers. more

Excellent Service for lighting and electric needs 4/23/2014

Our experience with Generation 3 Electric was nothing short of excellent. From the timeliness and professionalism of the estimate (loved the fact that all information was taken down on an iPad, with the option to take photos, and an estimate was emailed to me on the spot) to the cleanliness and professionalism of our electrician when he arrived. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided some good suggestions on how to get the best lighting in a room that had never had anything other than lamps previously. I would highly recommend Gen3 and plan to use them for any future lighting or electric needs. more

Our electrician arrived exactly when they said he would (no waiting around). Chad J. was friendly while installed a ceiling fan and two light fixtures. We would absolutely use Generation 3 Electric again. more

Great service at a great price 1/18/2014

Luke and his crew (John and Josh, if I recall correctly) came to my house to perform a number of electrical jobs, ranging in size and complexity. All the jobs were completed perfectly, and they did a great job to: - keep me informed of the progress and alternatives - keep the work area safe during the job and clean after the job - complete all the jobs above our expectations I can't say enough good things about Luke and his team - they were effective and professional and I plan to use Gen 3 Electric for several upcoming jobs. more
