My email is to put you on notice that I have completed all necessary paperwork to file a civil lawsuit against Gemini Contacting as a company and to each of you, individually (copies of all of my emails to you will be attached to the lawsuit paperwork). \r

I have contacted American Family insurance, our homeowner's insurance company, and have confirmed that $1,800 was paid to us, which in turn we paid to Gemini Contracting for the repair of our dining room and kitchen ceiling. More than two times we had to have Gemini Contracting out to correct poor workmanship. \r
\r
Unless I hear from a representative of Gemini Contacting, I will file my suit with the the Broomfield County Courthouse for the amount of $1,800.00. I will be expected a phone call from a representative of Gemini Contracting by 1 pm, this Friday, August 27, 2010, so we can discuss the inspection and repair of the work we have already paid for.\r

Below, I have attached a previous email between myself and Mr. Nicholas, in which I again had laid out the problems we had with the work Gemini Contracting. You will see that Mr. Nicholas promised he would schedule an appointment ""to come by and inspect and repair the issue"". This email from Mr. Nicholas was on March 31, 2010 (nearly FIVE months ago) and he has yet to call or come by.\r

I will expect your call by 1 pm, Friday, August 27, 2010, if one is not made, I will presume your unwillingness to cooperate and will proceed with my small claims suit.\r
