Gemini Cleaning Team

Gemini Cleaning Team is the worst cleaning sevice i have ever experienced. I bought a house and hire them to clean my home before moving in.\r They looked very nice at the beginning for scheduling, but that was it!!! They were late more than one hour from the promised time. Anyway, thecy came to my home, and started cleaning. About 2 hour later of cleaning, they were suddenly about to leave my home without asking me to check their service. They just said they need to leave asap for the other appointment. But, i told them that they cannot leave until i check my home is cleaned. When i check my home. It was terrible. They did not clean blinds at all!!! I paid for several dollars for blinds, but they didn't!! And, they also didn't clean inside of cabinet. And, they left. I was very upset with their service. Please be careful!!! more

I hired an independent house cleaner on my rental house between tenants and felt ripped off. For $50 an hour, the woman cleaned about as well as my 14 year old son would if he was in a hurry to go play. After she left, I couldn't figure out what she had even done. To add insult to injury, she was rude, refused to offer to make things right and even hung up on my husband. Then we called Gemini Cleaning Team. I told them our plight and they were kind enough to work us into their already busy schedule to get my house cleaned in time to show it. When they arrived, they went right to work. I was impressed with their speed and attention to detail. I was there during the cleaning and they were friendly and even gave me a good tip to bring my cabinets back to life. They are family owned and stand behind their work. The owners are a husband and wife team who work beautifully together. I definitely recommend their service and I intend to use them in the future for all my house cleaning needs.
