worst gelato ever! 8/15/2007

This is not gelato. I am from Italy and trust me this is not gelato nor illy cafe. even worst Parmalatt does not exist anymore.\r The flavor of the gelato and the espresso was terrible. I tried a illy espresso at a restuarant close by and was much better a real one. \r Cons: flavorless. espresso was terrible. fake more

I have read all the comments......before me...and I just took the time to write this comment because I just got back from having dinner on Lincoln Road and had my dessert at gelateria parmalat, like I have for years. I live on the beach and have had their gelato since they openned....it just gets better, the girls are very sweet and the place is always spotless. I truly recommend it. The best gelato you will ever taste! Pros: great taste more

I am from NY like previous member and I do not agree with their comment. My opinion is that the flavor was bad and the place was dirty, as other members mentioned ""no wonder why the authorities close the other parmalat stores in Miami"" Cons: dirty, is it really illy cofe? more

I just had the best gelato ever! Wow you could taste the nuts! I recommend this place to anyone who comes to Miami! Please open in NYC! Pros: Healthy.Great taste. Cons: Long lines...but worth the wait more

We are tourists from NYC and came down for the weekend and fell in love with gelateria parmalat. The gelato was awesome. The fruits are amazing, like if you were bitting into them! I recommend passion fruit and hazelnut. Pros: fruity and fresh more

bad service 6/19/2007

I am a tourist from Europe and I want to make sure the tourists do not have the same experience I had at this place. I asked for a pistachio flavor and the flavor was not god I asked for an espresso and I received a Cuban coffee or something like that. I called the owner and a guy treatment with out any respect mentioning my dark skin color. Tables were dirty and please do not call gelato a fat flavorless ice cream. Cons: dirty bad servoce more

Do not recommended 6/15/2007

I agree with the last user and I also watched the news last night and it is correct the store was closed (not following the minimum healthy rules).\r \r I rather go to the really Italian competitors where the flavor and the service is much better (baccio, cocogelato)\r Cons: bad service, dirty, not follow pets contol county rules more

Avoid weekends 6/15/2007

I had a terrible experience like others in the past. The counter was not clean. The way the gelato is served is not attractive. By the time I received the cone (which was old) the gelato was melted and all over the cone. Please watch the news and the latest articles about this place. Location at dolphin mall was recently close( due to cleanless matters, ratones and rouches) and I found out is the same owner as Lincon. Pros: good location Cons: not clean, people is not frendly more

Hazelnut gelato was tasteless/flaforless 6/6/2007

Visited 3 times ordering different flavors and each time disapointmed as the flavors were flavoreless! The flavors came through very midly. On a positive note the store, ambiance is quiete impressive. Very well built out store and the staff very nice. more

Bad service and the owner is not very friendly 1/27/2007

The service was not nice and I called the manager or the owner and she was not nice with us. We are from Brasil and the Parmalat store in our country is 10 times better. more
